It sounds like you're truly enjoying each and every slice of these tasty loaves, Michelle! The dark color is likely due to the dark honey, as well as the kind of flour you used (whole wheat instead of white whole wheat, perhaps?). Either way, as long as the flavor is what you were hoping for, we'll consider it a success! Kye@KAF
