Thank you so much for this experience. My loaves turned out much deeper in color, but I used a very dark honey, so maybe this is the cause? I am just now sitting down and savoring a first sample of this sweet, wonderful bread and I am in Heaven. Just the scent that fills the room is nearly as satisfying as taking a bite, and probably the subject of conversation somewhere in the building where I live. If it were not so late, I would deliver a surprise loaf to a random neighbor right now! OoooH! It's good! Thank you!
