If I wanted to make a full recipe, but bake one loaf later, could I do one of the following:
-- Stop part-way through the knead/rise/shape cycle and freeze half the unbaked dough? (If so, where in the cycle would I stop-and-freeze? How would I go about thawing it out when I was ready to bake the second half.)
-- Bake both now and freeze one (completed) loaf?
-- Or...?
