Question: Can you convert this recipe for "SPROUTED" wheat flour (or sprouted spelt flour or a combo)? Would you please? Same question again but for use in a Zojirushi bread machine which has a 2lb loaf max capacity? I'm a new to the process baker who appreciates any help available!!!!!
