Made this last night. What a great recipe and fantastic results! I used KAF Whole Wheat instead of White Whole Wheat, brown sugar instead of syrup. Only other change was I used all but 1/2cup of the KAF All Purpose Flour. Mixed in my KitchenAid mixer and used the 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 bread pans. First rise took about an hour, second rise about the same. Lots of oven spring. Great tasting bread, though I may omit the cinnamon next go round. Kudos for a great recipe!
