The maple oatmeal bread is certainly going to have more maple undertones in comparison to the oatmeal honey bread. However, for a strong maple flavor for a bread it is really suggested to used some maple flavoring. Using maple sugar and syrup will generally give a hint of maple once the bread has been baked.
