i made this today and it required more flour than you stated (I used the KA cookbook recipe which seemed the same as on the website). It didn't quite get the rise that you got but it is delicious. I have the big Pullman loaf pan so I divided the dough into 60:40 and put the big half into the pullman loaf pan, and divided the other 40 into 9 small rolls. They turned out delicious. The Pullman loaf pan though didn't fill completely. Any suggestions how to cook with those pans? I got it a while ago and have never really felt like I know what to do with it. Thanks
