Ok, I’ll try Marcella’s recipe straight. I suppose this uncomplicated sauce will be a good foil for the mozzarella, eggplant, sausage and fresh basil I plan to add. My issue is less the sauce than getting a New Jersey thin crust, which I cannot find in Florida.
