These cookies are amazing. They mix up quickly and easily. They roll out nicely and make beautiful cut-out cookies that keep their cut-out shape while baking. I always use butter for Christmas cookies...that's why they are so delicious. Substituting margarine or other alternatives will definitely alter the taste.
