Thank you so much for the note of love and for sharing about our flour with your friends, Laurel! We don't have a pie crust recipe that specifically calls for a food processor but if that's your preferred method for making pie dough, that's totally fine! The only thing we caution about is overworking your dough — the food processor can warm up your fat really quickly so you want to make sure it's really cold. Happy baking!
