Although I love King Arthur products they are now all readily available in my area. There is a gluten free flour product called Jules. They have a website at Jules.com. Their products can be purchased online and in some stores. In our area I purchase it t MOMs organic market. It is supposed to be used as an equal replacement to flour. Use your regular recipes, without any adjustments, and just use the Jules flour instead of all purpose. If you give it a try I think you will be pleased.
