Lovely pie....for a crowd. But we're a crowd of 2. If I bake that pie, we'll be eating soggy pie after the second day....and who needs all those calories for 4 or 5 days? Please do some recipes for pies that use my 6" and my 7" pie pans instead of the monster 9" pans. That way my husband and I each get a slice today and a slice tomorrow, then the pie is done. And you might also stock and sell the smaller pie pans for us empty-nesters.
