Where does one get pasteurized eggs? I'm assuming you don't mean that Egg Beater stuff. I've never seen such a thing in the grocery store. You'll need egg whites for this recipe, not the blended egg products. Happy Meringue - Happy marshmallow cream! Irene@KAF
