My grandmother made this and called it Sea Foam Icing. She baked dark devil's food chocolate cake layers that had more unsweetened chocolate than normal. That touch of bitterness makes an extraordinary combination with the sweet marshmallow icing. If you like chocolate cake, you should give it a try. Oh my,that sounds amazing!
