May I assume that this will work just as well as the bottled kind in the never-fail fudge recipe that I make for the holidays? Hi Carrie, If the recipe calls for marshmallow cream, or creme, it should be a perfect substitute. If it calls for Marshmallow Fluff, your fudge may come out softer. ~ MJ
