So this is basically Divinity? Just a lower temperature and never beaten to a thicker consistency? Same taste I assume? Hi Justin, Divinity tends to be stiffer and more sugary in texture, and in my opinion it's much sweeter. This cream is well, creamy, almost milky tasting even though it contains no milk. ~ MJ
