Just got my first bag of the 'early' Zestars a few days ago. I will be bookmarking this link on my iPad and seeing how many of these I can try this season. I make your pie recipe with the reduced cider and a bit of rum often. It is hands-down one of the best apple pies I have ever tasted. I'm excited to add a few more of your apple recipes to the "top-drawer" of my recipe stash. You and your staff and your beautiful products have been in my kitchen for years. You are a great source of inspiration and joy to this long-time baker.
