oh sure, a friend dropped off some apples last weekend and I figured I better get them cooked up THIS weekend so I made applesauce... and today you post all these recipes... Hmm I'll have to see if she has more apples... This is making me SO hungry. Exquisite timing, eh, Addie? You can always bookmark this for next season... or heck, pick up some nice, fresh apples at the farmers' market.
