Hi there, Gail! Are you looking for a whole wheat bread? If so, we'd recommend checking out our No-Knead Rustic Whole Wheat Bread, Just Bread, and our Classic 100% Wheat Bread recipes. Our Classic 100% Whole Wheat Bread uses oil and does call for dry milk powder but you can leave the powder out and just replace 1 cup of the water in the recipe with any kind of milk (dairy or plant) you'd like.
