Hi! I've read the posts about baking with whole grains and I loved them. I don't see a scone recipe here and I'm desperately looking for a very basic whole wheat scone recipe. If I wanted to substitue whole wheat in your classic scones recipe, would you suggest white whole wheat or whole wheat pastry? Also, I see that you've advised adding 2 TBS of liquid extra per cup of whole wheat. If replacing the whole wheat in the entire recipe, does this mean add 2 TBS x amount of total cups of flour in the recipe? Sorry for all the questions, thank you for your time!
