Hey, this recipe looks amazing! I was really hoping to try it out, but due to a gluten allergy, am unable to....I was ready the earlier comments and was just wondering if your kitchen had created a gluten free conversion to this or a different recipe? Could you use egg whites instead of whole eggs, if so, would you know what the conversion would be? Also (I appear to be full of questions today), I was wondering if you had the nutritional facts for this? Thanks, Abby
