Looks great. I don't understand how 500 layers are formed from going through the rolling and folding process 4 times. Great question Debbie. The math works out to the number of layers quadrupling with each fold. As there are 4 folds, it would look like this: 4 x4= 16 16 x 4= 64 64 x4=256 256 x 4= 1024 Hope this helps you "see" the layers as they progress. Happy Baking! ~ MJ
