Next "stay-cation" homemade puff pasty is on my to-do list. Those elepants ears look delish! They can be made savory too by substituting herbs and a parmesan cheese for the sweet ingredients. YUM. Thanks for the reminder to make this!! Hopefully your next stay-cation is in a cooler month. August usually makes for melted puff pastry in my home; no air conditioning!-Jon
