Hi there, Linda! We haven't found it successful to convert yeasted recipes to be gluten-free, so we can't really say how to adjust your recipe or what liquids to increase, you'd have to experiment with that. We recommend using a recipe that was created to be gluten-free, such as our Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread for best results.
