I’ve noticed different brands of gluten free flour blends (with xantham) have different grams weights per 1/4 cup. The KAF recipe for pumpkin espresso bundt (which is delicious) calls for 240g of KA Gluten Free Measure for Measure flour. If I use another brand should I still use 240g or make adjustments for the different weight per 1/4 cup of flour? Hope I made sense with that question and thank you very much for your blog post.
