Hi Laura! Since we haven't tested that particular flour, we aren't sure how it would react in a recipe if that recipe is specifically calling for xanthan gum. It's worth experimenting with, so give it a try without adding additional xanthan gum if it's a recipe that isn't already gluten-free. If it is a gluten-free recipe, you'll probably want to find a flour without xanthan gum and then add it separately for best results.
