Hi there, M R! While we don't usually recommend converting yeasted recipes to be gluten-free, we have heard from another baker that said it worked out for them! They used our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour, so if you're up for a little experiment we do think it will work out. Kindly, Morgan@KAF
