I am so excited to find and read this blog. I want to make an old German anise cookie recipe that Is from my Grandmother’s family. It makes a thick cut out cookie that is aged and then frosted when set out for the holiday. I haven’t been able to eat one for several years now due to a wheat allergy.
Thank you for explaining what I can do to make the recipe wheat free.
