Hi Randy! Yeasted recipe don't take very well to being converted to gluten-free, so when it comes to bread or pizza, finding a gluten-free recipe is key. We love this recipe because it's both crisp and chewy, but another option is to use our Gluten-free Bread and Pizza mix for a thicker, chewier crust. Happy GF baking! Annabelle@KAF
