I found a recipe for a pizza crust, that I would really like to make gluten free. I can make and eat it as is. But my wife needs it gluten free. She actually needs gluten free, dairy free, and egg free. Which the recipe does not use egg or dairy in it's original form. She used to very, very much enjoy a thick breast crust pizza. But now that she has the restrictions, the only gluten free crusts we find are thin crust. Could you please help me convert this recipe?
