I would like to make the Gluten Free Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/gluten-free-banana-chocolate-chip-muffins-made-with-baking-mix-recipe), but I only have the King Arthur Multi-Purpose Flour, not the All Purpose Flour. Can I use the MP Flour and add Xantham Gum? If so, how much Xantham gum would I add?
