Amy, Thanks so much for your flour swap tips for cake. I'm about to try a tried and true upside down cake recipe (pumpkin and cranberry) with GF flour. So appreciate what you have learned. This is one of several recipes I do not want to lose even though I've had the 'privilege' (i like to call it) to be GF now. KCT
