Hi, It is my birthday boyfriend's birthday this week. His mom sent me his favorite cake recipe. If I use your Arrow Mills GF baking flour mix, then add the X-gum, it will work? Here is her recipe: 1 1/2 c. Honey 3/4 c. Butter 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. White flour 1 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour 1/3 c. Poppy seeds 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. Buttermilk 1 ripe banana
