Thank you for embracing the gluten-free issues...most bread companies here where I live just ignore you when you ask if they offer a gluten-free option like they are scared to concur the challenge. My nieces have been gluten-free for 15 years and baking gluten-free has certainly changed in those years. I'm really happy that I have new things to offer them when they are around our home.
