Is this a different way from the 30 seconds boil and then the ice bath? I'm new to all the fruit peeling and baking so I'm looking for ways to peel that is easier. I'm making my first peach pie from scratch tomorrow for the 4th of July. Cant believe the family asked me to do this. LOL I'm trying to impress but probably wont. LOL Please let me know if there is another way to peel the peaches that is easier. Thank you, Joan
