I've read that peaches do not need to be peeled before freezing them. I'm wondering if you, or anyone, has tried freezing peaches with the skins on & if it works. I have 1/2 bushel of peaches that I need to freeze today or tomorrow. I have used your hot water bath for peeling & it works well. Thank you!!! :>) btw....I'm another "old dog". LOL I don't see why you couldn't freeze your peaches with the skin on, it should work fine. Anyone else have experience with this?-Jon
