PJ, a Wonderful Zucchini Fritatta, great recipe! Drained the squash as directed & added a dash of garlic powder & oregano when cooking. Also added a dash of nutmeg to the flour when mixing the egg batter. Baked it~12” longer in my old S.S. Skillet instead of an Iron skillet which I don’t have. Will have again but only occasionally it is a bit rich.
