I assume I can use your gluten free flour in this recipe? It would be nice if King Arthur would specify... "Gluten free flour is not recommended in this recipe." Or, "Gluten free flour is not suggested." Or even, "For a gluten free recipe similar to this one, please see................" This is one recipe where you CAN use GF flour one for one.
