I bake sugar cookies, only sugar cookies. Some trays bake beautifully. The bottoms, some have beautiful even bakes, some have beautiful edges but the center has a big unbaked-looking center, and some bakes have an almost black edge and raw-looking centers. I’m so frustrated!!!
