As for your question about Bundt cakes, we've found the best way to prepare a pan is to brush all the nooks and crannies with shortening or melted butter and then flour the inside lightly. (A nut flour works beautifully in this case as it creates a thin crust that has lots of flavor and prevents sticking.) Loosen the edges of the cake after it comes out of the oven and then wait about 15 minutes before turning the cake out of the pan. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
