Hello! I loved your experiment - baking experiments are my favorite! I'm thinking of doing my own but I wanted to see if you had any thoughts before I try. Did you notice any difference in the thickness of the cookies? I see above you mentioned that the ones on the dark pan were more cooked through but were they any thicker? Or were any of the cookies particularly flat? I'm on a mission to figure out why I'm getting flat cookies and I've experimented with just about every other factor except the pan. I read somewhere that dark pans are better for a thicker, taller cookie. Just curious if this had any effect during your experiment.
