I owned my own bakery (Cowboy Cookie N Grub Co.) in San Luis Obispo for 8 years. we always used parchment paper for our cookies, saved a lot of cleaning up and consistently good cookies. I have to say, KAF pans are the best as well. I just got another shipment today and so impressed! Made in the USA and can't beat the quality, thank you.
