Love this study... Its such a relief to know that whatever pans you have, you can make it work instead of going crazy over what pan is the best. And am I the only one that is noticing the even surface and therefore even browning on the cookies baked without parchment? Thats a revelation... I will definitely test my cookies without the parchment.
