I have a question about the use of frozen fruit in pies. I once heard that a good rule of thumb was, 1/2 cup of liquid. Do you have any good recommendation? I don‘t like to use all the juice that drains from the frozen fruit, to me that is too much thickening and not enough fruit (similar to canned and processed pie filling.)
