Please help! My peach cobbler runs on top of the cobbler dough sheets. It is mandatory that the cobblers are cooked in a "ROUND" pot!!! One square sheet of dough on the bottom and one square sheet of dough on top of the filling. I tried holes on top of the crust, I tried no holes and I have tried pressing the crust close to the sides of the pots. I have baked at 275 and 300 and the filling still runs on top and soak the top of the cobbler crust. Lattice style is even worse :-(
