Thank you for the detailed specifics. It appears from the picture you used a mixer to make the topping....it looks like the paddle attachment to a stand mixer. I never made a topping like this in a mixer before and did so for the first time when I made this recipe today. It worked out very well. Thanks again for a very good recipe and detailed techniques.
