Ursula, canned peaches tend to be stored in a sugar-syrup, so they're much sweeter and more moist than fresh. You'd be better off using frozen peaches and letting them thaw before using. If you're determined to use canned, try looking for peaches that are packed in water and drain them well before using. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
