It sure can, Bernadette. Be sure to let it cool completely and then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and then tin foil (or put it in a zip lock bag) to prevent freezer burn. Let it thaw in the fridge overnight before bringing it to room temperature the next day. If serving it for dessert, consider putting a scoop of ice cream on top! It's the best. Kye@KAF
