Another satisfied customer here.. The food bank gave out a lot of plums and I was going to can them traditionally until I accidentally stumbled on a YT video so I decided to search google and found you. I did a plum jam with a hint of cinnamon. Just got done filling my mason jar and I had enough left to put on a piece of toast. For those wondering this makes a full 8oz mason jar with a touch left over. This may have ended my short canning career !! I mean why even bother now.. Mine took 10 mins but I think my micro is like 1000w. It was already looking at that set stage after 10 mins.. Thanks again !!
