I can't wait to try this! Would this work with rhubarb, or with a rhubarb/berry combination? I don't see why not, Madeleine. Since rhubarb is ultra-juicy, you might have to cook it longer, and I think it'll pretty much dissolve rather than remain in chunks. But that's what rhubarb usually does anyway. Let us know how it comes out - PJH
